Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Salad (lunch only)

Mixed greens, tossed in balsamic vinaigrette.

Topped with roasted red and yellow beets

and warm goat cheese.

Fish and Chips (Friday only)

Beer battered Canadian cold water walleye.

Served with fries, coleslaw and house made tartar sauce.

Chicken, Walnut and Maytag Blue Cheese Rigatoni (dinner only)

Rigatoni noodles, Maytag blue cheese cream sauce,

oven roasted walnuts, marinated chicken, fresh spinach

leaves, shallots and garlic basil oil.

Lemon Garlic Chicken (dinner only)

Halved chicken marinated and slow roasted. Served with

house made garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.

Crème Brûlée

Madagascar fresh vanilla bean custard with

a caramelized sugar crust and powdered sugar.

Garnished with a fresh strawberry and mint leaf.
