Small Igloo
This igloo can be reserved for up to 4 people for 2 hours and a $100 food + beverage minimum. The food + beverage minimum is waived for lunch reservations (before 4pm).
$25 deposit to reserve this igloo at Pier 500. This deposit will go towards your final bill at the end of your igloo dining experience.

Large Igloo
This igloo can be reserved for up to 8 people for 2 hours and a $200 food + beverage minimum. The food + beverage minimum is waived for lunch reservations (before 4pm).
$50 deposit to reserve this igloo at Pier 500. This deposit will go towards your final bill at the end of your igloo dining experience.

Extras
Guests can cancel up to 24 hours prior to reservation, if within 24 hours – deposit is forfeited.
20% gratuity will be added to all igloo parties.
Cold Weather Policy: To ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and staff, Pier 500 will cancel igloo reservations on days when temperatures are forecasted to drop below 10°f, as we are unable to provide the quality experience our guests have come to expect from us. Guests affected by these cancellations will receive full refunds on any deposits made. We are also happy to assist with rescheduling reservations, subject to igloo availability.
